Ordering
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)Monday through Friday
Order personnel are thoroughly experienced to assist in accurate processing or direct response to any questions.
Terms
Net 30 day terms, F.O.B. Cumberland, RIOrders cannot be processed for accounts that are past 30 day terms until account is current
Delivery
Time - all items shipped from stock - same day to three days.Custom orders, three to five days.
UPS prepaid and added
Rugs rolled or folded in heavy plastic wrap
Non-restrictions
- No minimum order requirements

- No extra charges for drop shipping.

- Custom refers to any changes from standard in size or color
Returns and Credit
- All returns must be authorized by Rhody Rug, Inc.
- Used rugs will not be accepted for return or credit unless there is definite evidence of a manufacturing defect as determined by Rhody Rug.
- Items may be returned at no cost should there be a manufacturing fault.
- Returns due to incorrect ordering by the dealer or consumer will be subject to restocking charge of 15% or $15.00, whichever is greater. Freight charges for such returns are the dealer's responsibility.
- Replacement rugs will not be shipped until the original has been returned.
- Prior to consumer delivery, the dealer should carefully open the plastic wrap and inspect the products for defects or handling damages. On occasion rugs may be damaged in transit and much grief can be averted by such inspection. No allowances can be made unless the procedure is followed, exception is noted for drop ship orders.
Guarantee
Rhody Rug, Inc. warranties against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of invoice. In the event a rug may be defective, we reserve the right to repair and return. Rhody Rug, Inc. stands behind every rug it sells. Our commitment is to excellence and if, as does rarely happen, a consumer finds fault, our objective is to do everything possible and reasonable for a happy conclusion. We want you to know that we are always at hand and ready to assist in every way to keep you and your customers satisfied.
